I took my Tundra into the service department to get a few things fixed. I spoke with Josh Matzdorf the Service Advisor. All requested services were done on time. I WILL go back to the Dealership the next time I need some Major work done to my truck and speak to Josh again.
I enjoyed working with Lao Mayer as he explained what i needed done as far as the break fluid washout and the why behind it. The detailed video of the inspection was really good as i could see what my car looks like underneath. All in all good service.
As a 15 year customer who has bought 2 cars here I expected to be treated better. Rear passenger window replacement went from 526 to 627 to 1120. All while Cindy Hernandez said she was reducing labor rate. Ended up walking home (4 mile walk in 90+ degree heat (and I am 66 years old) after waiting for ride home that did not materialize in the 30 minutes they told me it would. Would you come back?
I’ve worked with Ryan Cawley at Hendrick Toyota Concord for about 10 years, and he continues to be one of the main reasons I feel comfortable bringing my vehicle here for service. Normally a very good dealership for service they have always done very good except this time
I came today for my cars maintenance, and I had a great experience with them, especially with Abadi Almasri. They checked everything in my car. Abadi Almasri is a great service advisor and was very helpful.
The Hendrick team provided customer friendly service with efficiency. The Service Advisor communicated clearly providing options for solutions with knowledge of the car and necessary procedures including cost and coverage applications. Very well done!
On August 25th 2026, I had the pleasure of working with Christie Washington. She did a spectacular job assisting me with the purchase of my 2025 1958 Land Cruiser. She's such a wonderful individual. I’ve known my service advisor for more then a decade- Chris Haynes is a total professional - he tells you straight- doesn’t hype or oversell services-and has always demonstrated a customer Focus Approach combining his knowledge of Toyota’s with only the highest ethical standards.. On Monday, August 17th my son and I delivered a handicap van we sold to a couple in Charlotte and on our way back we decided to stop by Hendrick Toyota of Concord. Rami Homsi patiently listened to my needs, pre cooled two models for me to drive (105 temp that day) and gave me great instructions on the new technology and how to use it. I seem to always have communication gaps with service here. I wasn’t able to view my car repair video until I got home and then it shows me two dirty filters. I wasn’t ever asked if I wanted them replaced. I saved money and did it myself today but it should have been offered. I also had to questions not answered. Why my rear view window shows a checkerboard pattern all the time now and how to turn off the 360 surround view whenever I stop at a light etc. I’ll figure it out but not responding to ... Hendrick is an outstanding dealership. I took my car in due to battery issues. I had to purchase a new battery with no issue. The service department provides great communication and they have a Great Staff.
Good communication about the maintenance work being done, along with estimated cost and time to complete.
Chris was very helpful arranging and performing timely service for a wheel bearing and strut on my Highlander.

I am writing to provide some feedback regarding my recent service appointment on 07/13/26 While the service teams were very friendly and kind, I ended up spending two hours at the location despite having a scheduled appointment. I wanted to bring this to your attention as I had expected the process to be a bit more efficient with a scheduled slot.
We really appreciated Christie’s attention to detail and inviting personality. She was very easy to talk to and understand. She answered all of our questions on the previous services done on the car.
Very friendly and professional. The service writer explained everything I wanted to know. The waiting room was clean and vending machines are close to the room.
I knew the day was off to a terrible start when I had to teach Eduardo Reyna from Hendrick autoguard how to count, he claimed June 2 was just 4 weeks ago and the process takes 4-6 weeks i had to explain 4 weeks ago was June 10 and in a few emails he misspelled my last name as well so I knew the customer service manager was challenged to say the least. Making appointment was easy and gave me a grave period of 15 min, as I was running late dure to traffic (had to travel 30 miles). Jake Crisso received me and showed great courtesy. He was professional and immediately put my car up on line for maintenance. He explained to me details of the maintenance the car is up for at 15000. Other than that, they completed the maintenance in less than 20 min. I am eager to see how well they did it this time. Hope my car gives no trouble
I was happy with everything but the AI that had to connect me to a real person to create an appointment. I have always found the Service Advisors to be helpful and understanding of our business needs.

Definitely my worst dealership experience ever! I drove 2 hours to look at a truck, test drive it and start to finalize the deal only to find out that the truck had been sold a day earlier! Absolutely ridiculous! Don’t do business with these people.
I bought a truck a little over a year ago in Arizona before I moved here in June of 25. I have my truck serviced there and they have been excellent excellent service with the text excellent service with customer service they are all very nice and I'm happy with them. And I love my Toyota Tundra.

I was in and out in less than an hour. The routine service was completed to my satisfaction.
It took way to long to process the transaction. With the notice the dealership had to complete ALL of the requirements, we should not have been there another 2 hours to purchase our vehicle. The vehicle should have been cleaned and any of the financial information they needed could have been retrieved prior to going to the dealership AND, the vehicle DID NOT have a full tank of gas when purchased.
Easy deal, bought a used car, it was in excellent shape. Very transparent, reviewed the carfax before we ever looked at the car.

They got ma a great deal on a hard to find RAV4 plug in hybrid and have done very good service for me in the year I have owner the car, I highly recommend this dealer for Toyota vehicles.

My car is less than two years old with very low mileage. On two occasions, recently including last week (when the overnight low was in 50s), my car would not start. Jumping it got it running right away. On my service call yesterday, I brought the battery to their attention. They said the battery was fine. There is something going on here that they failed to diagnose. I’m left with feeling that they are cutting corners to avoid a warranty repair.
Hendricks service center staff always listen and go the extra mile to assist us with our vehicles. I appreciate the videos from the technicians showing us what they are doing and what needs to be done.
