He was knowledgeable, professional, sincere, and considerate of our budget. He walked us through all our options and at no point did we feel pressured to purchase. I have bought all my cars since the 1990s at your dealership and have a pretty good impression of your company. At this point we felt left in the dark as to how long the service would take to complete. If we knew up front we would have made arrangements to get my wife back home while the tire pressure sensors were being changed. Kris was quite upset. The cost for this service seemed very high. $593 in labor to remove/reinstall 4 tires and replace the sensors not to mention the cost of the sensors. Very disappointed.

engine error code came up and they were quick to determine the cause. It was covered under warranty and their approval took the longest. once approved and part received, repairs done in timely manner

Went in to look at Highlanders, looked at almost every Highlander they had until we were finally able to make up our minds. Shie was very helpful by explaining what packages came with what and Brandon got us in and out of there in no time.

AWESOME 60k service with the staff from Hendrick! They noticed an issue with the water pump and work to make sure the repairs were handled through the service contract - huge savings. Expected a much longer wait, in and out in about 4 hours.

Used car manager/ department though? Zero stars. Completely disrespectful offers for used Vehicles. Will never use them for purchasing or trading in my vehicle and I don’t recommend it either. Happy with all work except the oil change. We discussed the type of oil to use, at length. Finally, I told the rep to use full synthetic. I think the oil used was conventional. Talked to Chris Haynes at the dealership. There was just a misunderstanding, on my part, on the oil type. Based on conversation, with Chris, I am happy with the entire visit.
