Very disappointed I spent over $600 to get my car fixed. I had a diagnosis nothing was resolved. My engine light is still on. I came in there with the engine light on and it is still on. I am highly dissatisfied with the Service.

Quick, informative (I loved the new videos I received while waiting). -- My service advisor isn't listed below, so I'll add his name here -- HE WAS OUTSTANDING, I've been with Hendrick Toyota since 2016ish, and he's the best I've dealt with - Aaron Arce. Be cool if the filters were included as a part of the Toyota Care maintenance plan since you know those have to be replaced at specific intervals - no reason to have to come out of pocket for those.

Always have a very good experience. Love that they're now given post videos of the maintenance of technician does which is a very nice touch.

Service Rep Joshua Matzdorf was very caring and helpful. He was responsive to my concerns and was able to translate that to the repair technician. Extremely happy with the service folks. I was also greeted by Chris Garzone who remembered me from a previous service visit. Great group of gentlemen.

i not at all happy with what the tech said was wrong. it not fixed at home by myself!! it was not a 3,350-dollar wiring problem!!! chip did all he could to keep me happy. but the tech!!!! I will not be back and i dame sure won't buy my next one there !!!

Wife and I bought our minivan from Jacob Stott (Feb. 17). Jacob stayed late to help us. We made a deal and came back a week later (Feb 24) for closing the deal. Made a same-day appointment for my 10K service. It was easy to set up my appointment and upon arrival I was greeted by the service rep who walked me through next steps and the expected timeframe to complete the service. I was done within an hour and the service rep ran through what was done and showed me to my vehicle. It was all very professional and friendly.

Andrew Macias made buying our new RAV 4 easy. He answered all our questions and was very happy to show us what all our options were.

It was very easy to schedule an appointment. The service advisor was very nice and presented possible service options recommended at that service interval. My service was completed in a shorter time than expected.

Communication is key. I arrived for my 3 pm appointment and made sure to tell the service writer how I had problems creating my appointment online. I also asked her to see if she could tell me my id so I would not have that problem in the future. My service was routine ( oil and rotation). Service writer says give me about an hour and a half and we will get you out of here. Nice people. My last appointment was for 1:15 pm for an oil change and tire rotation. I was there till after 4:15 pm. Place was packed - don’t know what happened but seemed they overbooked appointments. Not my best experience. Was supposed to leave town to attend a funeral; however since it was after 4 before I left the dealership I had to change my plans and couldn’t leave till the next day. Not a happy camper.

Been going there 20 years...customer service is falling with volumes. Used to be more personal. Recently waited almost 1.5 hours to get a tire valve stem fixed and ended up leaving and going to another company for service. Was quoted $167 for a tire pressure sensor that I got for $50 from another Toyota dealer.

The staff was very friendly and efficient. They helped me in any way they could. They took care of the paperwork very quickly.

I have bought all my cars since the 1990s at your dealership and have a pretty good impression of your company. At this point we felt left in the dark as to how long the service would take to complete. If we knew up front we would have made arrangements to get my wife back home while the tire pressure sensors were being changed. Kris was quite upset. The cost for this service seemed very high. $593 in labor to remove/reinstall 4 tires and replace the sensors not to mention the cost of the sensors. Very disappointed.

engine error code came up and they were quick to determine the cause. It was covered under warranty and their approval took the longest. once approved and part received, repairs done in timely manner

People were great. Friendly, patient. But your pricing on parts and labor is ridiculous. My insurance adjuster showed me the parts difference between yours and Toyota.com, almost 25% markup. plus 1.5 hours labor to replace a cover under the car that required 4 screws and 10 pop in connections. 30 minutes should be more than enough.
